SpeechWaver is a small tool which uses Windows's advanced Text-to-Speech to transform text to speech and save the output to a wave file. Easy as that.

Please make sure you have the .NET 4.0 Framework installed on your machine (Windows Vista and Windows 7 users are 99% likely to have it already).
